On the Mic Podcast is a comedy and entertainment podcast that launched in 2013 featuring interviews with comedians, actors, filmmakers, musicians and more. On the Mic has covered Comic Con's around the nation, as well as events at The Sundance Film Festival, Slamdance Film Festival, SXSW, and is currently part of The Academy press.

About Tim Drake

Tim Drake is a comedy writer, film producer,  radio & podcast producer based in  Los Angeles, California.

Tim studied comedy writing with Second City in Hollywood & Chicago. Tim also briefly studied improv at The Groundlings Theatre in Los Angeles. Tim also dabbles in stand up comedy.

Tim's writing has been published by The Second City Network, Funny or Die, Buzzfeed, and the satire site, Robot Butt. 

Tim is also a regular panelist at Salt Lake Comic Con and has done live shows at San Diego Comic-Con. 

Tim’s tweets have been featured on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel LIVE, The Nightly. Show with Larry Wilmore, and Larry King Now. 

He is an award nominated screenwriter and producer most recently was a Producer for the feature length horror film, “Bundy Manor”. Other credits include You Again (Series) , The Decision (Film),  and the web series The Job Interview (YouTube)

Tim and his wife live in Los Angeles with their cats, that they dress like people to avoid actual human interaction.
