On this weeks episode I had the great opportunity to talk with comedian, Christian Pieper.

Christian and I have seen each other over the years at the occasional open mic at WiseGuys Comedy, but we've never had the chance to talk comedy. I was glad that we were finally able to make this happen.

Christian and I formally introduced ourselves to each other to kick off the episode. We talked about how Christian's career got started, developing a set, dealing with hecklers, a Twitter battle with Joe Rogan, comedy with his family and so much more.

Some of you may remember Jacob as a guest on a show I use to co-host called My House on The Moon. It has been a few years since Jacob recorded that episode and I knew it was time to sit down with him again and see what's new since we last talked.

Episode 35 - Clawson

On this new episode of On the Mic I sat down with rap artist, Clawson.

I first got to know Clawson (aka Casey Clawson) almost two years ago. After making a mix tape a few years back, Clawson is set to release his new album, "Old Soul", this Friday, April 10th.

On this episode Casey and I talked about how he started writing rap, what inspires him to write, going through rehab and overcoming addiction, his message and so much more. The intro to this episode includes Clawson's new song, "Last Stand" featuring Atheist.

In September Austin and I had the pleasure of Directing and Producing a music video for Clawson for his first single, "Learn Truth", that was nominated for Best Music Video at the Online Film Awards in LA, New York and Salt Lake City. Check it out!
